Free Samples
Before bulk garment production, we create a sample free of cost and ship it to you so you can check quality, fabric, stitching, and fit. This ensures everything meets your expectations and allows approval before we begin bulk prouduction.

To receive a free sample, you need to pay an initial deposit, usually 20–30% of your total order value, in advance. This deposit is completely refundable if you are not satisfied with the quality of sample.
Fill out the inquiry form on our website and share your mockup or tech pack and bulk order quantity.
After receiving your details, our team will share a detailed quote including pricing and lead times.
After agreeing on the price and lead time, we will issue an advance invoice (20–30% of your total order value) which is refundable.
After receiving the proof of payment, we will start sample production and deliver it to your address for your review.

The production of your sample will only begin once you share the proof of payment. After receiving it, our team will verify the payment, and once confirmed, we will start making your sample for review.
After receiving the sample, please examine it carefully and share any improvements or changes you want. We will apply these in the bulk order if needed. Depending on the situation, we can also send multiple samples.

If you are not satisfied with the quality of our products or our service, you can request a refund of your initial deposit as per the advance invoice. The refund will be full, minus shipping and duties costs, which we inform you about before you pay the advance invoice.
If the cancellation is for reasons other than a quality issue, such as lack of funds or change of mind, we will charge for the sample. The sample cost ranges from €50–€250, depending on the product type and number of samples made.

There is no fixed time to place a bulk order after receiving the sample. You can place your bulk order whenever you are ready.
Once the sample is approved and the bulk order specifications are finalized, we will issue the final invoice, which includes the remaining payment. This can be split into two parts: after you pay the first part, bulk production will start. When we share images of the completed bulk order, you pay the second part. After receiving the payment, we hand over the goods to the freight forwarder for delivery to your address

Labels, hang tags, and custom packaging are not included in the sample order. They will be added at the bulk order stage.
